Lee Willis-Ardler
Lee is a proud Wodi Wodi man with the Sea Turtle Dreaming. From Wreck Bay NSW, and with extensive experience in Indigenous community development and engagement, Lee has made significant contributions across Australia and internationally. His dedication to listening and fostering understanding and collaboration with communities shines across his work. Lee's passion for empowering Indigenous voices is at the heart of his contributions at Lyrebird Dreaming.

Senior Associate - Roslyn Hull
Ros is a proud Maiawali woman from Western Queensland with invaluable experience in the arts and museum sectors. She led development of the National Capital Authority's inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan. Through curation of exhibitions and enrichment of visitor experiences and attractions - like the National Carillon and National Capital Exhibition - Ros has worked closely with Ngunnawal Elders and Knowledge Keepers in Canberra. Ros was the winner of Natasha Watson Women in Tourism award in 2024. Her dedication to cultural heritage and storytelling shines through in her work in partnership with Lyrebird Dreaming.

Trish Della Vedova
An Australian proud of her CALD descent, Trish is a leadership, talent and executive coach with a strong focus on change, career management and empowerment, with over 30 years of experience. She is passionate in working with people to uncover their talent. As Director of Talent Talk, Trish is committed to promoting the safety and empowerment of emerging leaders. In partnership with Lyrebird Dreaming, Trish supports and promotes evidence-based and latest-thinking on leadership, change management and coaching initiatives.
